When you pick up an open-box unit from Maxandfix, you're basically getting something that's just like new. These gadgets find their way back to us for a variety of reasons—sometimes it's just a simple case of buyer's remorse. But here's the good news: each and every open-box item goes through a rigorous testing and inspection process. While the packaging may have some wear, the device itself will be in pristine condition.

Excellent

Screen will be in perfect condition.

Body may have barely visible micro-scratches, not noticeable.

Good

Screen will be in perfect condition.

Body may have tiny-scratches visible from 5-inches away.

Fair

Screen may have micro-scratches which could be slightly noticeable when the screen is turned on. Body will have visible scratches and/or dents.
